Shipping and Delivery

Kalaveras Merch fulfills orders using both stocked inventory and made-to-order production partners. Processing and delivery times vary by product and destination.

Stocked merchandise

Items held in Kalaveras Merch inventory typically ship within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods or special releases, processing may take slightly longer.

Made-to-order products

Print-on-demand products are created after an order is placed. Production generally takes 2–7 business days before the order ships. Delivery estimates shown at checkout include the available fulfillment and carrier information and should be treated as estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders containing different product types

Stocked and made-to-order items may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages. You may receive more than one shipping confirmation and tracking number for the same order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the products in your cart and the delivery destination. Promotional or free-shipping offers are subject to the terms shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking link. Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Kalaveras Merch is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or replacement costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment or production begins.

Delays and delivery issues

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, product availability, and production quality checks may affect delivery times. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us through the Contact page with your order number so we can investigate.

Delivered packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier. If the package remains missing, contact Kalaveras Merch promptly for assistance.
